Our experienced team of designers has 30+ years of helping customers bring their flooring projects to life by matching carefully selected, high-quality products from our Pensacola showroom to meet individual style, functionality, and budget needs. Our flooring professionals come to your home and measure for quantities and evaluate all the factors involved in determining the cost of your project. We LISTEN to your vision, then provide a comprehensive analysis of the dimensions, floorplan, style, budget, and character of the living space. We consider pets, kids, wet areas, and other factors to determine the type of product that will wear well in your environment. Estimates are free and come with no obligation. We do not believe in high-pressure sales. After the in-home evaluation, we email a detailed written estimate.
Project Design
Once our team has performed a complete project analysis, our seasoned designers get to work finding the perfect flooring products. Color scheme, environmental demands, installation deadlines, and most importantly, your BUDGET. Once we identify the best products for the job, we can transition the Floor Installation project into the capable hands of our Production Team!
Production & Installation
Before Production/Installation, the Project Manager will give you a detailed scope of work and final quote for the project, including moving furniture if needed. The Floor store never charges a fee for our design services, and our crews have over 10 years of experience ensuring each installation is done correctly and on time. In addition to flooring, we install showers, fireplaces, backsplashes, tub surrounds, and outdoor patios.
Warranty
When you are ready to begin the process, we will ask for a deposit so that we can order your materials and schedule an exact installation date on our calendars. We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty on workmanship and we make sure that ALL manufacturer warranties are honored. Our client project checklist will put you at ease so you can enjoy the process and take the opportunity to get creative. Remember, you may only redecorate or renovate your home once or twice, but we’ve been doing this every day for more than 20 years. Your TOTAL satisfaction is our desire!
